These terms govern use of the frameforge.tech website and, unless a signed agreement says otherwise, the services provided by FrameForge Global Technologies, a proprietorship registered in India.
1. Use of this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or use it to distribute unlawful or harmful material.
2. Services and engagement
Services are provided under a separate written proposal or agreement setting out scope, deliverables, fees and duration. Where those terms conflict with these, the signed agreement takes precedence.
3. Advertising accounts and media spend
Where we manage advertising on your behalf, the advertising account remains owned by you. We operate it under access you grant, and that access may be withdrawn at any time. Media spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platform and is separate from our service fee. We do not guarantee any particular advertising result; performance depends on factors outside our control, including auction dynamics, competitor activity and platform policy decisions.
4. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of material you supply for publication, and for holding the rights to any brand assets, images or copy you provide.
5. Fees and payment
Fees, payment schedule and currency are set out in the applicable proposal or agreement. Invoices are payable by the due date stated on the invoice.
6. Intellectual property
Content on this website is owned by FrameForge Global Technologies unless stated otherwise. Ownership of work produced for a client is set out in the relevant agreement; unless it says otherwise, ownership transfers to the client once the work is paid for in full.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform the engagement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees paid to us for that engagement in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the notice period in the applicable agreement. Fees for work already performed remain payable.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
