FrameForge Global Technologies started in 2021 doing software support and design work. The marketing side grew out of a recurring problem: clients would ask us to fix their systems, then ask why their advertising was not producing anything — and the two turned out to be the same conversation more often than not.
Campaign data is only as good as the systems collecting it. Tracking that was never installed properly, enquiry forms that quietly fail, mail that lands in spam, a website too slow to convert the traffic being paid for — these are IT problems wearing a marketing costume. Having both teams in one building means nobody gets to blame the other one.
Today we are 7 people across two offices, working with small and mid-sized businesses that have real budgets but no in-house marketing or IT department.
The brand we operate
Our marketing and advertising work runs under the brand Xclrt Media (xclrt.media). Xclrt Media is a trading brand of this company, not a separate legal entity — client contracts, advertising accounts and invoicing all sit with FrameForge Global Technologies.
How we are registered
We hold two government registrations, both publicly verifiable. Indian proprietorships are not issued a certificate of incorporation; Udyam registration with the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is the equivalent record, and we also hold an establishment registration with the Andhra Pradesh Labour Department under the AP Shops and Establishments Act.
